From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I really appreciate the holistic approach to dental care with Dr. Nadya. She takes the time to look at the bigger picture and focuses not only on oral health, but on overall wellness as well. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into any treatment. The office has a calm, peaceful atmosphere, and you can truly tell that patient comfort and well-being are a priority. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a more natural, personalized approach to dental care. It’s refreshing to find a dentist who truly listens and cares about the whole person!

I’ve been a patient of this TDC for 7+ years. I received new dental insurance starting 1/2026. A little over a week prior to my cleaning in May, I sent them my updated insurance information via email AND text. They let me know they’ll verify it. I go to my cleaning, they tell me everything is all good. They then take all the X-rays, take pics, complete my cleaning and tell me I need fillings. I get a call from Dr. Nadya a week later saying my insurance actually isn’t in network and I owe $380 but they’ll help me out and make it $150. After sending me a link to pay over 8x- they’re now to sending me to collections for $150 if I didn’t pay that amount in 7 days. LOL

The staff here live up to the name of the office, very tranquil for sure! Everyone has such a peaceful demeanor that helps put you as ease. The dentist is very informative and explains things in great detail. I’ve been to other dental offices that have not been this thorough or even offer some of the tests this office has to offer. Great office!

Horrible customer service! First they wanted $150.00 deposit for my first appointment. I’ve never made a deposit in my life to a medical professional unless I was having some type of procedure done. Second, after driving 45 minutes to get here I can’t find them in the Office Park that they are supposedly located in. Their business is not listed on the directory and I had to leave a voicemail telling them I was here. They didn’t call me back and I had to call a second time to have the condescending woman tell me that I forfeited my appointment because I did not confirm via the text message. I explained to her that this is not the agreement we had when I scheduled my appointment and I did not have time to read the lengthy text messages they were sending me. If I schedule an appointment, I’m there unless I cancel. Pretty straightforward. Is this really the way that you treat people who you want to become a patient of your practice?! Yelp reviews show similar type behavior and are much more accurate than these here on Google.

Impressive dental clinic with excellent service and care. The staff are friendly, and the dentist is very attentive and professional. Clean environment and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommended for dental treatment.
